Bob Monahan told me after he supported my kickstarter project that I didn't have to write a song for him. So I didn't! But I re-recorded a song that I heard was one of his faves from my debut album from 2000 "Where the Monarchs Circled." I was happy to hear that this song is one of his favorites. I hope it truly is!!

Bob is one of the first friends I made in Duluth when I moved here in 1998. He has continuously been a radical friend to keep - we wrote lots of cool letters throughout the years as I moved from east coast to west coast and back. His poems have always made me laugh as well as think and his newest endeavor has been launching a local boutique record label called Chaperone Records - check them out! chaperonerecords.com

Thanks, Bob, for supporting my music for the last 14 years as well as my yoga pursuits. I am so happy for you and am always impressed by your motivation and your social aptitude. Go get 'em! Love ya!
