Andy Pilon heard me perform in one of my favorite towns to sing to - Sheboygan, Wisconsin! I have found lots of kindred spirits there and am so happy to be able to come back and sing nearly every season since 2006 or so.

Andy wanted me to write a song about how he and his wife, Laurie, met and fell in love.

The story was that Andy had plans to meet his friend at an open mic which was taking place at a coffee house called Wonderful World. Well, his friend never showed up, but he went ahead and sang his songs anyway, and managed to meet the love of his life in the process!

They bonded over their love of music and share a deep faith. I like the sound of a "love so big it lives and breathes" and I hope that these two enjoy this song about their love story!!
