Mark Dey is one of those treats in my music career that came out of nowhere and has turned into a source of awesome support and promise of future adventures! He hired me to write a song for his lovely wife, Joy, "who has always lived on a dirt road." They met underneath the northern lights and now live on a stunning apple orchard near Duluth. I sang at their apple harvest party, which was fitting since the record that Mark helped to kickstart was called "Apple in the Ocean." Thank you, Mark & Joy for being such champions of my music!
